Payment information

• Travel fee($25 for first 12 miles) is due upon booking. Please contact us for the rate for your specific location.

• Notary Payment is due at the time of service.

• Mailing fee due at time of Notarization.

We accept Cash, all major Credit Cards, Zelle, and Pay-Pal.

Mobile Notary Services

• Basic Notary fee $15.00 per signature per page (travel fee not included)

• Travel fee varies on location, time of day and distance. Parking fees are to be paid by your company. $25 for first 12 miles ($1.73/mi afterward) Please contact us for the rate for your specific location.

Printing $0.50 per page (Individual & Company Notarization)

Extended Hours Appointments

• Late night service after 5:00 PM available with an additional extended hours fee $50 in addition to the travel fee.

• Early morning services between 7:00-8:00 am are available with an additional extended hours fee of $50.

• Weekend & Holidays add an additional ($50) fee.

Your Location - Travel fee

Your company pays the $25 for first 12 miles ($1.73/mi afterward) travel fee upon booking for our tech to come to your hiring event, orientation etc where we will fingerprint your potential employees. Potential employee is responsible for live scan government and rolling fee.

We do corporate accounts. Please contact us to set up before booking.

Extended time Services

Fees are based on the time of the events beginning and ending.

Events after 5pm subject to $20 charge, and increase by $20 every 2 hours after. If you are having a hiring event and would like our tech to be there before/after hours please contact us for the fee. Fee is due at booking and will adjusted if time is extended past booked time.

Cost includes State filing fee. We will file your required corporation, Inc, or LLC paperwork with the State.

Wholesale or Resale License

If you are selling, and wish to obtain a resale license, we will be happy to file this paperwork for you. In Most instances the temporary license can be generated in 48 hours.

DBA or Fictitious Business Name Filing

We can file your DBA for you. DBA fee is per the number of DBAs you wish to secure.

Secretary of State - Statement of Information

You are required to register the governing body of your company with the State. Our fee includes the State required filing fee. This form can be completed in 24 hours. (Business License is required from the City.)

We will file for your Business License with the City of Los Angeles. You can not do business in Los Angeles without a city Business License.

EIN (Tax ID Number)

We will file for a new tax ID for your new company which we have assisted you in setting up. We will do it either electronically, if possible, or provide the completed form which which requires only your signature.
