LiveScan Service
We will come to your event/location to complete LiveScans at your hiring event. The company pays a nominal travel fee, prospective employee pays the LiveScan fee.
HR, Hiring or Orientation Event: We will travel to your site to facilitate an event scan. We will scan all potential employees at one time, at your event. No need to send them to get Scanned.
Effective, January 1, 2022, all administrators, employees and regular volunteers in California MUST have a one-time background check as approved by the California Department of Justice to exclude individuals with a history of child abuse. This form of background check requires live scan fingerprinting.

We work with companies/youth programs to streamline the Live Scan process. We offer Event Scanning: We come to you, and will scan all potential employees, volunteers, staff etc. We are available before/after hours* or even weekends. We collect the LiveScan fee from the potential employee or volunteer and send a follow up notice letting the company know once the scan has been accepted and processed with the Government. Your company is only responsible for the travel fee. (Approval from potential employee/volunteer required for notifications.)
Want to refer a potential candidate/volunteer but would like consistency in your LiveScan referrals?. We can be your Corporate/Youth Program LiveScan Referral Vendor. You can send all potential candidates/volunteers to us and we will assist them. We offer the same follow up as with an Event Scan, without the dedicated event. You can verify your candidate’s/volunteer’s compliance with us, or we can email when your referrals have been scanned. (Prior approval from candidate required for notifications.)
